Mission Statement

To provide a centralized collection effort to bill and recover debts owed to the County in the most economical manner, and to provide these services to county departments as a means of increasing collected revenue to the benefit of each department and the County.

Revenue Recovery

Money owed to the County for court fines, hospital bills and many other departments is often handled through our Revenue Recovery Department. The County Revenue Recovery Department sends out over 20,000 bills monthly. Cash, checks, money orders, Visa or MasterCard are accepted as payment. If you are unable to pay your fines or fees at one time, you may be able to set up a monthly payment plan.
