To provide a centralized collection effort to bill and recover debts owed to the County in the most economical manner, and to provide these services to county departments as a means of increasing collected revenue to the benefit of each department and the County.

Who We Are
Established in 1973, Stanislaus County's Revenue Recovery department has been a provider of debt recovery services for the County and all the included cities. We are a governmental agency and understand the intricate needs and responsibilities of our clients. Our collectors possess a diverse knowledge of local government that is only obtained by decades of experience. Our clients are rewarded with our knowledge, efficiency, and unparalleled dedication.
What We Do
Debt recovery for local government is who we are and what we do. We have been in existence for decades because we are constantly evolving to meet the needs of our clients and the economic times. Due to our status as a government agency we have access to information not available to the standard "collection agencies".

Our skip tracing, data access, scheduling, payment posting, remittance processing, and reporting are automated processes.
